In September 2010, we entered into an agreement with Star Pharmaceuticals via their subsidiary, Stellar Pharma, to exclusively market, sell and distribute in the United States three Urinary Analgesic products as therapeutic alternatives to Prosed®-DS tablets, Utira®-C tablets and UTA® Capsules.
Prosolus Pharmaceuticals, LP
In June 2010, we entered into a partnership with Prosolus whereby Prosolus would develop, gain FDA approval for and manufacture an undisclosed number of generic transdermal products.
